District of Cacophony

I hit up the H Street Festival largely to see what was up with DC music legend H.R.

This is pretty much what he is up to:

It was close to what I expected, but he played a tiny bit of punk as an encore:

The whole thing was pretty fun. H.R. draws an interesting crowd.
